1. قبول الشروط
باستخدامك موقع naebak.com أو بيئة التشغيل الإدارية، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى
سياسة الخصوصية. وإذا كنت تستخدم المنصة نيابةً عن شركة مستفيدة، فإنك تقرّ بأنك مخوّل
بإلزامها بهذه الشروط وبالالتزامات المتعلقة بقنواتها وبياناتها.
لا يتوفر تسجيل ذاتي عام للشركات. يتم إنشاء الوصول إلى بيئة التشغيل بواسطة إدارة نائبك
للمستخدمين الإداريين المصرح لهم فقط.
2. وصف الخدمة
نائبك منصة تقنية مملوكة ومُدارة بواسطة شركة تريد فور إيجيبت، تساعد الشركات على إدارة
التواصل مع عملائها عبر WhatsApp Business من خلال موظف ذكي موحد القدرات وقابل للتخصيص
وفق احتياجات كل شركة.
تتولى إدارة نائبك إنشاء إعدادات الشركة، وتخصيص الموظف الذكي، وربط قنوات WhatsApp
Business بتفويض الشركة، ومتابعة التشغيل. ويتواصل العملاء النهائيون مع الشركة المستفيدة
عبر واتساب، وليس من خلال موقع نائبك.
يخضع ربط أي رقم أو قناة لتفويض الشركة والتحقق من الملكية والموافقات ومتطلبات WhatsApp
Business Platform وسياسات Meta. لا تُعد المنصة بديلًا عن واتساب أو Meta، ولا نضمن
قبول أي طلب ربط قبل استكمال المتطلبات. قد نرفض أو نؤجل الربط إذا لم تتوفر الشروط.
3. الوصول والصلاحيات وأمن الحساب
- يقتصر الوصول إلى بيئة التشغيل على المستخدمين الإداريين المصرح لهم.
- لا يجوز إنشاء حسابات آلية أو انتحال هوية شخص أو جهة أو مشاركة بيانات الوصول.
- يلتزم المستخدم الإداري بدقة بياناته وبالحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور.
- يجب إبلاغنا فورًا عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به أو خطر أمني.
- لا تمنح الشركة المستفيدة وصولًا تلقائيًا إلى بيئة التشغيل ما لم تُمنح هذه الصلاحية فعليًا.
4. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع استخدام المنصة أو قنواتها في:
- إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو غير مرغوب فيها أو مخالفة لقواعد واتساب.
- انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو الخصوصية أو البيانات الشخصية للآخرين.
- نشر محتوى غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو مضلل أو مسيء.
- محاولة اختراق المنصة أو تعطيلها أو تجاوز أنظمة الحماية أو الصلاحيات.
- استخدام الخدمة في أنشطة محظورة قانونًا في جمهورية مصر العربية أو بلد التشغيل.
5. الالتزام بمتطلبات Meta وواتساب
تلتزم الشركة المستفيدة بتفويض ربط قنواتها وبسياسات WhatsApp Business Platform وMeta
المعمول بها، بما في ذلك إثبات ملكية الرقم، والحصول على موافقات العملاء قبل الرسائل
التسويقية، واستخدام القوالب المعتمدة. أي إيقاف أو تقييد من Meta يؤثر على القدرة على
تقديم الخدمة، ولا نتحمل مسؤوليته.
6. الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق العلامة التجارية «نائبك»، والتصميم، والبرمجيات، والمحتوى المقدّم على الموقع
مملوكة للمشغّل أو مرخّصة له. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن كتابي. تظل بيانات
الشركة المستفيدة ومحتوى محادثاتها مملوكة للشركة أو لأصحابها وفق الترتيبات المعمول بها.
7. الرسوم والترتيبات المالية
لا يتضمن الموقع التسويقي حاليًا اشتراكًا مباشرًا أو دفعًا إلكترونيًا. تُحدد أي رسوم أو
ترتيبات مالية باتفاق منفصل مع إدارة نائبك قبل تفعيل الخدمة، ولا توجد رسوم مخفية.
8. التوفر والتغييرات
نسعى لتوفير خدمة مستقرة، لكن قد تحدث انقطاعات للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا. قد
نطوّر الخدمة أو نعدّل ميزاتها أو نوقف ميزة تجريبية، مع إشعار مناسب عند الإمكان.
9. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» ضمن حدود القانون. لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو
فقدان الأرباح أو البيانات الناتجة عن سوء استخدام الوصول أو انقطاع خدمات طرف ثالث مثل
Meta أو مزودي الاستضافة. لا يستبعد هذا البند أي مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
10. الإيقاف والإنهاء
يمكن للشركة المستفيدة إنهاء الترتيبات المتعلقة بالخدمة وفق ما يُتفق عليه مع إدارة
نائبك. وقد نوقف أو ننهي وصول شركة أو مستخدم إداري عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو سياسات
المنصات أو عند وجود خطر أمني أو التزام قانوني، مع إشعار عند الإمكان.
11. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام قوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكم القاهرة بأي نزاع،
ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك كتابيًا.

1. Acceptance
By using naebak.com or the administrative operating environment, you agree to these
Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of a beneficiary
business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms
and to the obligations relating to its channels and data.
There is no public self-registration for businesses. Access to the operating
environment is created by NAEBAK administration for authorised administrative users
only.
2. The service
NAEBAK is a technology platform owned and operated by Trade For Egypt. It helps
businesses manage customer communication over WhatsApp Business through a single,
configurable AI employee tailored to each business.
NAEBAK administration creates the business settings, configures the AI employee,
connects WhatsApp Business channels under the business’s authorisation, and oversees
operations. End customers communicate with the beneficiary business on WhatsApp, not
through the NAEBAK website.
Connecting any number or channel is subject to business authorisation, ownership
verification, approvals, and WhatsApp Business Platform requirements and Meta
policies. NAEBAK is not a substitute for WhatsApp or Meta, and we do not guarantee
that any connection request will be approved before requirements are met. We may
decline or defer a connection where conditions are not satisfied.
3. Access, permissions, and account security
- Access to the operating environment is limited to authorised administrative users.
- Automated account creation, impersonation, and sharing of access credentials are prohibited.
- Administrative users must keep their details accurate and their password confidential.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security risk.
- A beneficiary business does not automatically receive access to the operating environment unless that permission is actually granted.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform or its channels to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp rules.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or personal data rights.
- Publish unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive content.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or bypass security controls or permissions.
- Conduct activities prohibited by the laws of Egypt or the operating jurisdiction.
5. Meta and WhatsApp requirements
Beneficiary businesses must authorise the connection of their channels and comply
with the applicable WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta policies, including number
ownership verification, customer consent before marketing messages, and the use of
approved templates. Any suspension or restriction by Meta affects the service and is
outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
The NAEBAK brand, design, software, and website content are owned by or licensed to
the Operator. They may not be copied or reused without written permission. A
beneficiary business’s data and conversation content remain owned by that business
or their respective owners under the applicable arrangements.
7. Fees and financial arrangements
The marketing website currently offers no direct subscription or online payment. Any
fees or financial arrangements are agreed separately with NAEBAK administration
before the service is activated, and there are no hidden fees.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for a stable service, but maintenance or circumstances beyond our control may
cause interruptions. We may develop, modify, or discontinue features, with reasonable
notice where possible.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for
indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from misuse of access or outages
of third-party services such as Meta or hosting providers. Nothing in these Terms
excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Suspension and termination
A beneficiary business may end its service arrangements as agreed with NAEBAK
administration. We may suspend or terminate a business or administrative user’s
access for breach of these Terms or platform policies, or where required for security
or legal reasons, with notice where possible.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of
Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
